Orders & Discounts
Do you have active discount codes I can use?
Yes — new customers can use code FIRST50 for 50% off their first order (up to ₹500 off), one use per customer.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
We'll try to help, but once an order is confirmed and processing has started, we may not be able to cancel it. Contact us at customercare@thehwcompany.com or +91 9008718102 as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping on all orders ₹999 and above. Orders below that ship for a flat ₹60 within India.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 2–5 days depending on your location within India.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship only within India.
Payments
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No — we currently accept online payments only (cards, UPI, and other prepaid methods). Cash on Delivery isn't available.
Do you accept store credit?
Yes — store credit is accepted as a payment method at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
How do I return an item?
Email customercare@thehwcompany.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return. Once approved, you'll receive instructions on where to send your package — return shipping is the customer's responsibility to receive a full refund. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
