Refund policy

Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the product must be unopened, unused and sealed, in its original packaging. We will ask for your order number or proof of purchase.

Opened or used products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept the return of skincare products that have been opened or used, unless they arrived defective, damaged or incorrect (see below).

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product and its packaging. We will replace the item or refund you. We will cover the return shipping in these cases.

How to start a return

• Email customercare@thehwcompany.com or call +91 9008718102 with your order number and the reason for the return.
• If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions and the address to ship to.
• Please do not send items back before we approve the return, as we cannot accept unapproved returns.

Return shipping

For a return because you changed your mind, the return shipping cost is your responsibility. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, we pay for it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will tell you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may need additional time to post it. If you used a discount code, the refund is for the amount you actually paid. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get a different product is to return the original once it is approved and place a new order.

Cancellations

Write to us as soon as possible if you want to cancel. Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you can return it under this policy.
