Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship only within India. We do not ship internationally at the moment.

Shipping charges

• Orders of ₹999 and above: free shipping.
• Orders below ₹999: a flat ₹60 shipping charge within India.

Prices on our store include taxes.

Processing and delivery time

We dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days of receiving them. Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 days depending on your location within India. Remote or hard-to-reach pincodes may take longer.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Bundles

The AM/PM Complete Routine Bundle ships as two individually packaged products in one order.

Payment

We accept online payments only (cards, UPI and other prepaid methods). Cash on Delivery is not available.

Address changes and undelivered orders

Please check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us before your order is dispatched. If a delivery attempt fails or the courier cannot reach you, please contact us and we will help arrange redelivery.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please follow the steps in our Refund Policy.
